vexed: volume vandal

great news out of the volume camp- the vandal's geometry is now set in stone. looks like with all the development with tom mosher and steven jensen equated to what you see above. right off the bat, they changed the seat tube length that everyone thought was essential. i"m sure there were more changes, but that's the only salient one. hopefully you'll see these thing running the streets really soon.
