peonfx makes cool ass stuff. their windbreaker is no exception. it's lightweight, had reflective logos, and a rip-cord on the bottom when the weather gets intense. 2 pockets outside, 2 pockets inside. as you can see in the pics, the jacket packs into a small bag.

Dave's Quality Meat is a shop based in new york which to me was synonymous with nike collabos and rarer than rare sneakers. outlier is a company rooted in new york that creates high-end durable garments. together, they created a super light, super thin, cycling jacket. constructed from japanese 32 gram poly ripstop material, it weights 1 ounce. yeah, you read that right. ONE FRIGGIN OUNCE. that's incredible.
still, i'd choose my nike cycling windrunner any day.
